Job summary

The BizBox |DESIGN|&|BUILD| is seeking a creative Interior Designer/Architect for premium commercial office interiors from concept to execution. You will translate client requirements into space plans, drawings, and compelling 3D visuals while coordinating with vendors and contractors.

You should have 1+ year experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to deliver accurate BOQs and site-ready drawings.

• 1+ year experience in Interior Design / Architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max.
• Strong knowledge of commercial office planning & execution.

• Design and develop premium commercial office interiors
• Prepare space planning, layouts, working drawings & BOQs
• Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors & consultants

• Monitor project timelines, quality & budgets
• Resolve site-related design issues
