As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the design of hospitality projects that transform hotels, resorts, and F&B spaces into immersive, functional, and guest‑centric environments. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and cross‑functional teams to translate brand concepts and operational requirements into compelling design solutions, integrating creative vision with technical feasibility while ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and overall project objectives.

Areas of Responsibility

• Interact with client to understand their requirements and design accordingly, documenting the same and coordinating for client’s approval.
• Ensure client satisfaction by taking inputs from the client and sharing the developments as per project plan.
• Keep abreast with latest market trends and technology advances applicable to the field of interior designing.
• Prepare Bill of Quantity.
• Prepare tender documents as per guidelines (only for small projects).
• Drawings and follow‑ups: Ensure that the drawings meet company quality standards, client requirements, and are signed, sealed, and approved.
• Site supervision: Responsible for the smooth progress of work at site in all respects, suggest appropriate materials, and oversee snag checks to maintain optimum quality.
• Make regular project‑related follow‑ups: Follow up with vendors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and collection of information; track stages in design drawings.
• Documentation: Arrange site and design documentation for future reference, prepare formats, and ensure accuracy of all data.
• Check bills: Verify vendor and contractor bills against agreements and industry standards.
• Pricing & product knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of building norms, material specifications, market costing, and basic services (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC). Oversee relevant data from subcontractors.
• Coordination: Interact with service consultants, architecture team, civil engineers, interior designers, and 3D designers to facilitate design and execution of the project.
• Communication: Interact regularly with all stakeholders across projects.
