Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and execution of interior projects, overseeing concept development, space planning, and detailed design documentation. This full-time role is on-site in Bengaluru and involves collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and clients to translate requirements into functional and visually compelling design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and presentations, selecting FF&E, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior designers, review design deliverables, and support on-site supervision during key project stages.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.


• Solid understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.


• Proficiency in FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, ensuring alignment with design intent and project budget.


• Advanced skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, Adobe Creative Suite) and MS Office.


• Proven experience managing interior projects from concept to completion, including client communication and stakeholder coordination.


• Strong presentation, documentation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects.


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.


• 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in high-quality residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors.
