Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete architectural and interior working drawings.
• Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections and construction details
• Prepare furniture layouts, flooring, ceiling, lighting and electrical coordination drawings
• Develop detailed drawings for wardrobes, kitchens, counters, wall panelling, partitions, vanities and custom joinery
• Prepare stone, tile, glass, metal and other execution details
• Convert approved 3D designs/concepts into technically accurate working drawings
• Coordinate architectural, interior and MEP drawings
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, site teams and vendors
• Maintain drawing standards, layer systems, dimensions, annotations and drawing accuracy
• Review junior draftsmen's drawings where required

Profile Description

Eyecatch Architects & Interiors is looking for a highly experienced Senior Architectural / Interior CAD Designer with strong expertise in AutoCAD working drawings, detailed drawings and GFC documentation for architectural and interior projects.

This is a technical documentation-focused role. The candidate should be capable of independently converting approved designs, plans and 3D concepts into accurate, coordinated and execution-ready drawings.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working on residential, villa, retail and commercial interior/architectural projects and should understand how designs are actually executed on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complete architectural and interior working drawing.
• Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections and construction details
• Prepare furniture layouts, flooring, ceiling, lighting and electrical coordination drawings
• Develop detailed drawings for wardrobes, kitchens, counters, wall panelling, partitions, vanities and custom joinery
• Prepare stone, tile, glass, metal and other execution details
• Convert approved 3D designs/concepts into technically accurate working drawings
• Coordinate architectural, interior and MEP drawings
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, site teams and vendors
