Job summary

NIIT is seeking an experienced instructional designer in India to lead the development of learning content and assets. The role involves collaborating with internal and client teams to map designs to the storyboard, craft audio scripts, and visualize course graphics with the Media team.

The candidate should have more than 7 years of relevant experience, be familiar with instructional design principles and global language standards, and work on a 6-month contractual arrangement that can extend

• More than 7 years of relevant experience in instructional design.
• 6 months contractual (extendable based on performance).
• Working Days- 5 days.

Responsibilities

• Attend internal and client kick-offs
• Write storyboard that maps to the design document; complies with instructional design principles, adheres to global language standards and style guides
• Create audio script
• Write detailed visualization notes (graphics/animation/video)
• Visualize graphics for the course in consultation with the Media team
• Understand the features of project-related tools
• Capture screenshots (including for simulations)
• Review media elements from instructional design perspective
• Test the final output against the test plan
• Address internal and client review feedback
• Attend design walkthroughs
• Attend handover meeting
