Job summary

Infopro Learning in Noida is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). You will develop eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include reviewing briefs, creating interactive screens, writing video scripts, and using AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining accuracy. You’ll work with senior stakeholders and perform self-QA before submissions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Instructional Design and eLearning development.
• Strong experience with Storyline and Rise.
• Experience creating engaging video scripts.
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted content development workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior stakeholders.
