• Review content for quality, accuracy, consistency, grammar, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Support content localization, adaptation, and maintenance activities.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and implement revisions within defined timelines.
• Ensure compliance with client standards, branding guidelines, and instructional design principles.
• Track project progress and maintain documentation related to content development activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance content quality and learner engagement.
• Content Authoring Tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate – preferred)
• Collaboration Tools (Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence)

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Education, Journalism, Business, or a related field
• Masters degree (preferred)
