Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and manage our cloud and on-prem infrastructure. You will work across Azure, AWS, and M365, ensuring high availability and security, while leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cloud technology with strong scripting and ITIL process knowledge, and a track record of delivering complex infrastructure initiatives in hybrid environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
5+ years’ experience with Azure/AWS cloud technologies.
3+ years’ experience with Azure DevOps.
Microsoft 365 environment management.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure solutions supporting business operations and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement infrastructure requirements.
Maintain and optimize systems and services related to Azure, Azure DevOps, AWS, and M365.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure security, compliance, and disaster recovery.
Lead infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.

Requirements

Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or M365 certifications, are a plus
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-moving environment
Proven ability to complete projects and achieve results
Proficient in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integration
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
