Job summary

SITA is hiring for an infrastructure professional to design implement and support infrastructure services in line with business requirements and SITA standards. The role involves ensuring integration with related systems across the broader airline community and participating in multiple project lifecycles.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in infrastructure deployment or support and a Master's degree in a related field, with professional certifications desirable.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in implementation or support of infrastructure platforms and deployments.
• Experience across full lifecycle implementations for multiple projects.
• Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar, with professional certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Designs implements maintains and supports infrastructure services per business requirements using SITA standards.
• Ensures integration with interacting systems inside and outside SITA within the airline community.
• Participates in full lifecycle of multiple projects to ensure solutions meet functional and business needs.
• Rises risks and issues following set processes and escalates when needed.

Purpose

Designs implements maintains and supports infrastructure services in accordance with business and functional requirements using appropriate SITA standards policies and processes across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Implements builds and supports infrastructure systems and platforms in accordance with agreed standards meeting the agreed technical and functional business requirements and specifications. Ensures the integration of the requirements matches that of interacting systems applications and services both inside and outside of SITA in the wider airline community. Participates in full lifecycle of multiple small to medium projects ensuring the solution(s) developed are able to sustain the projects' functional and business requirements. Ensures all risks and issues that affect the project are raised following set processes and are actioned appropriately. Escalates risks and issues that pose a significant impact to deliverables.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in implementation or support of infrastructure platforms application deployments implementing systems and modules with experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations.

Education & Qualifications
