Job summary

SITA Group is seeking an experienced Infrastructure professional to design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure platforms across multiple projects. You will ensure alignment with technical standards and business requirements, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in the wider airline community.

The role requires strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge, experience in lifecycle implementations, and the ability to manage risks and issues effectively.

Master's degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or similar.

PURPOSE

Designs implements maintains and supports infrastructure services in accordance with business and functional requirements using appropriate SITA standards policies and processes across multiple projects.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

- At least 5 years experience in implementation or support of infrastructure platforms application deployments implementing systems and modules with experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations.
