Job summary

SITA pursues excellence in delivering network services to a global client base, coordinating with multiple internal teams and customer contacts to ensure timely and quality-driven order fulfillment. The role requires handling complex delivery challenges and documenting processes to support ongoing engagements.

The successful candidate will manage stakeholders, maintain project timelines, and drive effective collaboration across technical and vendor groups, while aligning with change management

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Network Services.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams and managing customer/vendor relationships.
• Track record of identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, networking or related field.
• Relevant certifications in networking or project management (CCNP, PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma).
• In-depth knowledge of network services and delivery processes.
• Ability to manage projects and liaise with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of technical documentation and change management practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage successful delivery of customer orders to the agreed scope, quality and time.
• Liaise with designated customer contact to assess local site requirements and readiness for delivery initiation.
• Place work orders and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and customers for timely delivery of components.
• Work with customer, suppliers and internal teams to reserve resources and schedule installations/migrations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve delivery roadblocks.
• Identify and propose alternate solutions when delivery is at risk in consultation with stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth transition to operations and billing.
• Obtain customer acceptance of delivered orders.
• Keep internal tools up to date with delivery, technical and billing information.
• Build and share delivery progress reports with stakeholders.

PURPOSE

Responsible for successful ordering and delivery of customer orders as per scope and committed lead time

What Will You Do

• Manage successful delivery of customer orders to the agreed scope quality and time.
• Liaise with designated customer contact to assess local site requirements and readiness for delivery initiation.

• Work with customer suppliers and internal teams to reserve resources and schedule installation/ migrations.

• Ensure effective transition to operations and billing.
• Obtain Customer acceptance of the delivered orders.

Qualifications

Experience, Education and Skills

• Proven experience in Network Services delivery
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams and managing customer/vendor relationships.
• Track record of identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology Networking or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in networking or project management (e.g. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Project Management Professional (PMP) ITIL Lean Six Sigma Excel Powerpoint).
• In-depth knowledge of Network and other services and delivery processes.
• Ability to manage projects and liaise with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of technical documentation and change management practices.
