Job summary

Zycus is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end procurement SaaS deployments for global Fortune 1000 clients. You will map business requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure seamless ERP integrations, with a focus on AI-powered procurement transformation.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Project Management teams, mentor junior consultants, and drive adoption through training, enablement sessions, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• 6–16 years of SaaS implementation experience, preferably in procurement or supply chain solutions.
• Strong expertise in S2P and P2P processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of procurement SaaS solutions for global clients.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Configure and customize the platform to align with client-specific procurement processes.
• Drive integration with ERP and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
• Manage and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for high-quality deployments.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on procurement transformation and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs to drive adoption.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to implement AI-powered features such as intelligent invoice processing, predictive spend analytics, and supplier risk scoring.

Zycus is looking for an Senior Implementation Consultant with expertise in eProcurement implementation. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of procurement software and a strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Basware, Jaggaer, or similar platforms.

In this role, you will lead complex, global implementations for Fortune 1000 enterprises, driving successful deployment, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. You will also play a key role in enabling AI-driven procurement transformation, leveraging intelligent automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Job Overview

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of our procurement SaaS platform. You will work closely with clients, product teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated, and intelligent procurement solutions.

You will also contribute to embedding AI capabilities into procurement workflows, enhancing efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation of procurement SaaS solutions for global clients.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Configure and customize the platform to align with client-specific procurement processes.
• Drive integration with ERP and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.

Client Engagement & Enablement

AI & Digital Transformation Initiatives

• Collaborate with product and data teams to implement AI-powered features such as:
• Intelligent invoice processing and automation
• Predictive spend analytics and insights
• Supplier risk scoring and recommendation engines
• Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML into procurement workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Drive adoption of automation, chatbots, and AI assistants within procurement processes.
• Analyze client data to recommend data-driven optimizations and process improvements.
• Contribute to defining AI use cases, solution design, and value realization frameworks.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, GenAI, and automation within procurement and enterprise SaaS.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Project Management.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution demos and client workshops, where required.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 6–16 years of experience in SaaS implementation, preferably in procurement or supply chain solutions.
• Strong expertise in S2P and P2P processes.
• Hands-on experience with any one of these platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Basware, or similar.
• Proven experience in system configuration, customization, and ERP integrations.
• Exposure to APIs, data integration, and cloud technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with AI/ML-enabled enterprise applications or automation tools.
• Understanding of data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
