Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer to join our industrial project engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HVAC design, detailed engineering, thermal load calculations, ducting/piping layout development, and vendor coordination for heavy industrial plants, cleanrooms, power plants, and manufacturing facilities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Thermal & Ventilation Load Calculations
- Perform cooling/heating load calculations using standard software (HAP / Trace 700 / EnergyPlus).
- Design industrial ventilation systems (dust extraction, hazardous fume exhaust, pressurization, cleanroom HVAC ISO classes).
2. System Design & Equipment Sizing
- Size and select HVAC equipment including Chillers (Air/Water-cooled), Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Cooling Towers, Blowers, and Industrial Dehumidifiers.
- Design duct networks, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, and airflow schematics (P&IDs / SLDs).
3. Drafting, BIM & Coordination
