About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Executive to lead key HR functions and contribute to building a high-performance, employee-centric workplace. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires someone who can partner with business leaders, drive HR initiatives, and ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Build and maintain strong employee relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.
• Promote a healthy, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.

Performance Management

• Coordinate the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
• Work with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure timely processing of employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards for management.

Learning & Development

• Identify training needs through discussions with managers and employees.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and employee development initiatives.

Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Maintain HR policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
• Support internal and external HR audits.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Strategic HR

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
• Contribute to employer branding and HR transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Expertise in performance management systems.
• Knowledge of employee engagement and organizational development.
• Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Certification in HR, labor laws, or talent management will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.
• Experience working in startups or fast-growing organizations will be preferred.
• Ability to work closely with leadership teams and drive strategic HR initiatives.
