• MBA in HR with 15+ years of experience as HR Business Partner/Consultant.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR automation, labour laws, HR policies and SOPs.
• Experience in designing incentive and salary structures.
• Strong recruitment and talent management experience.
• Consulting, project management and change management skills.
• Excellent strategic, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business objectives into effective HR initiatives.
