As a key technical leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of transportation infrastructure in the region.

• Lead and oversee the design and implementation of complex road and highway projects
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams
• Develop innovative and sustainable solutions for transportation infrastructure challenges
• Ensure compliance with local and international design standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality projects on time and within budget
• Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on project deliverables
• Contribute to business development efforts and proposal writing
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in road and highway engineering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or Master's degree (M.Tech) in Transportation/Highway Engineering. A Master's degree in Transportation or Highway Engineering is strongly preferred.

Additional Information

Minimum 10‑15 years of progressive experience in highway and road infrastructure design, project management, and delivery. Demonstrated expertise in transportation engineering design standards and practices. Strong knowledge of relevant design codes and regulatory compliance requirements.

Proven leadership experience mentoring junior engineers and managing multidisciplinary project teams. Excellent technical communication and proposal writing skills. Proficiency with highway design software and CAD tools.
