Job summary

Job description

Senior Hardware Engineer

Experience: 7+ Years

• Strong experience in hardware architecture and system-level design, including requirements analysis and block-level architecture.
• Proven experience in end-to-end hardware development from circuit design and schematic through prototype, validation and production.
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital, mixed-signal and power electronics design.
• Experience with MCU/Processor, FPGA/CPLD, memory and high-speed interfaces.
• Strong experience in power designs, power budgeting, battery-life estimation, DC-DC and LDO selection, battery charging, protection circuits, and power-sequencing design.
• Experience integrating and validating one or more wireless technologies such as Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi, NFC, or proprietary sub-GHz radios along with RF matching, antenna integration and performance testing.
• Hands-on experience in high-speed, RF, mixed-signal and/or power designs, with knowledge of SI/PI and EMI/EMC.
• Proficient in schematic design/review, component selection, circuit analysis and design calculations.
• Experience in PCB layout review, stack-up, placement, routing, impedance and thermal considerations.
• Strong hands-on experience in board bring-up, validation, debugging and root-cause analysis using laboratory equipment.
• Knowledge of DFM/DFT, manufacturing, component lifecycle, reliability and applicable industry standards.
• Demonstrates technical leadership, mentoring and cross-functional collaboration with firmware, FPGA, PCB, mechanical, test and manufacturing teams.
