Job summary

KritiKal Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior Hardware Design Engineer in Gurgaon to lead end-to-end hardware design for mission-critical defence, aerospace, and military applications.

You will own hardware architecture, circuit design, PCB development, testing and system integration. Responsibilities include high-reliability electronics, power budgeting, EMI/EMC compliance, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver robust defence solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master level engineering degree as listed in the role description.
• Experience in defence/aerospace or mission-critical hardware environments is desirable.
• End-to-end ownership of hardware architecture, design, PCB development and integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-reliability electronics hardware and embedded systems.
• Define hardware architecture, component selection, power budgeting, EMI/EMC compliance.
• Create schematics, BOMs, PCB docs and assembly drawings.
• Perform circuit simulation, SI/PI and derating analyses.
• Review PCB layouts, Gerber files and support fabrication.
• Develop hardware validation, integration, and prototype testing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust defence solutions.

About the Role
