Job summary

Kovai.co in India is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer - SEO to drive organic growth for our B2B SaaS products, including BizTalk360, Turbo360, and Document360. You will own the SEO strategy, develop GEO and AEO initiatives, and identify content opportunities while collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to boost adoption and pipeline growth.

The role requires 3–4 years in Growth Marketing, strong product positioning, and hands-on SEO.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of Growth Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong expertise in product positioning and go-to-market execution.
• Hands-on SEO and content marketing experience.
• Experience with GEO and AEO strategies for AI-powered search.
• Strong analytical mindset with marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Experience marketing cloud, SaaS, Azure, or FinOps products is a plus.
• Experience managing social media and executive thought leadership is an added advantage.

What's the job: Senior Growth Marketer - SEO

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product messaging and positioning for SaaS products.
• Own the SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and conversions.
• Build and execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to increase visibility across AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.
• Identify content opportunities using keyword research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to support product adoption and pipeline growth.
• Track campaign and content performance and continuously optimize based on data.
• Support product launches, customer stories, and demand generation campaigns.
• Manage product social media initiatives and help build thought leadership on LinkedIn.

Who'll be a good fit
