Job summary

HCLTech seeks an AI/ML Architect to lead end-to-end telecom analytics initiatives across design, development and deployment. You will own PoCs, proposals and executive-level presentations, leveraging cloud platforms and a strong telecom BSS/OSS background.

The role requires deep expertise in Python, ML frameworks, and Generative AI, with hands-on experience across data pipelines, model evaluation and CI/CD for ML. Pan-India availability and hybrid work model are considered.

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development and 12+ years on Python-based solutions.
• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Generative AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or Llama Index.
• Web Development: Working knowledge of Flask, FastAPI, or Django for backend application development.
• ML Lifecycle: Experience in model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Data Engineering: Exposure to data ingestion, preprocessing, and visualization (SQL, Pandas, Power BI, or Streamlit).
• Cloud & MLOps: Familiarity with AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform; Git, Docker, CI/CD.
