Job summary

Axtria in India seeks an experienced analytics leader to drive business development in ML and GenAI, building application demos, PoCs and accelerators, and scaling a team of data scientists and app developers as needed.

You will work as an Individual Contributor within the Analytics and Development team, solving real-world problems using cutting-edge GenAI technologies, LLMs and AI platforms, with strong Python/SQL backend development for UI applications.

Qualifications

• BTech/BE in CS/CA with 10+ years in Advanced Analytics/ML.
• Master's in ML/Statistics/Econometrics with 10+ years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI/LLMs/GPT.
• Hands-on Python, SQL; web frameworks Flask/FastAPI/Django.
• Frontend basics: HTML/JavaScript/REACT.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD in ML/GenAI space and independently drive opportunities.
• Create demos, PoCs and accelerators for GenAI use cases.
• Interact with clients on GenAI capabilities and use cases."
• Set up and scale a team of data scientists and app developers as needed.
• Design and architect ML solutions on Azure/AWS; develop data analytics pipelines.

• Should have experience in doing Business Development on ML & GenAI space
• Should have exposure in independently creating demos, PoCs and accelerators on GenAI space
• Able to handle entire BD process of its own
• Can setup a team of smart data scientists and app developers quickly

• Software development experience in python is needed as backend for UI based applications
• Create Technical documents e.g., HLD/LLDs/Technical Designs etc., develop, test, and deploy data analytics processes using Python, SQL on Azure/AWS platforms
