Job summary

Hexafun, a bold lifestyle accessories startup, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to shape and strengthen its visual identity across digital, social media, packaging, shoots, and offline communication. You will manage end-to-end creative processes, guide the design team, and collaborate with agencies and production partners.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 5–7 years experience in branding and design for D2C/lifestyle brands, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Brand & Creative Design: translate briefs into strong concepts and maintain consistent visual identity across touchpoints
• Packaging & Production: create and review packaging designs and coordinate with vendors for quality and cost improvements
• Shoot Management: conceptualise and manage product/campaign shoots, develop mood boards, coordinate with photographers and production partners
• Team & Project Management: guide internal design team and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects

About the Role: Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to shape and strengthen Hexafun's visual identity across digital, social media, packaging, shoots, and offline communication. The ideal candidate should combine strong hands-on design skills with brand-building knowledge and be able to manage the complete creative process from concept to execution. This role also involves guiding the internal design team and collaborating with agencies, photographers, and production partners.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Design

• Translate brand and marketing briefs into strong creative concepts
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all consumer touchpoints
• Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, offline communication, and other brand requirements
• Use consumer understanding and relevant trends to create engaging and conversion-focused designs

Packaging & Production

• Create and review packaging designs across the product portfolio
• Ensure all creatives are technically suitable for print and production
• Coordinate with vendors and recommend solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and production costs

Shoot Management

• Conceptualise and manage product and campaign shoots from planning to final execution
• Develop mood boards and define the visual direction for shoots
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, agencies, and other external partners
• Ensure the final output remains aligned with the brand's visual identity

Team & Project Management

• Guide the internal design team and review creative output
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure quality and consistency
• Manage multiple creative projects while ensuring timely delivery

What We're Looking For

• 5 to 7 years of relevant graphic design experience
• Prior experience with a D2C, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand
• Strong portfolio covering digital, social media, packaging, and offline design
• Experience in planning and managing product or campaign shoots
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layouts, visual storytelling, and print production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Prior experience managing or mentoring designers
• Ability to work with tight timelines and quick turnarounds
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field
• Must have a fully functional personal laptop suitable for design work
