Note: Hiring for an Antler-funded startup building in the next-generation fashion & apparel space.
We’re building a Gen-z fashion brand powered by AI.
Our mission is to reinvent fashion for a generation that values individuality over trends and self-expression over mass production.
We’re building a brand that lives where Gen-z lives - Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and the platforms shaping culture next.
And we’re looking for a designer who doesn’t just make things look good, but understands why they should look that way.
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with the founders, creative and marketing teams to build the visual identity of a new generation fashion brand from the ground up.
You’ll work across social media, campaigns, product launches, performance marketing, website, creator collaborations and brand communication.
This is a hands-on startup role. You’ll be expected to take an idea from “here’s what we’re thinking” → concept → design → execution, often with very little hand-holding.
We Care About Your Thinking, Not Just Your Portfolio
We will look at your portfolio and ask you why you made certain design decisions.
For example:
Imagine we have two dresses — one priced at ₹1,999 and another at ₹4,999.
How would you make the two products feel different visually?
Would you change the typography?
The photography treatment?
The background?
The colour palette?
The amount of whitespace?
The styling?
The messaging?
There isn't necessarily one correct answer. We want to understand your thinking.
If you can explain the relationship between design, audience, positioning, price perception and business objective, you'll do well here.
If you believe great design isn't just about making something beautiful, but making people feel, understand and act, we'd love to see your work.
