Job summary

Xpheno in Pune is seeking an experienced Senior Designer for a 6-month contract. You will translate briefs into impactful visual solutions across digital, print, social media, video and brand campaigns.

The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio, expertise in branding, art direction and the Adobe Creative Suite, and can mentor junior designers while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Visual Design / Brand Design / Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and visual design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with branding, campaign design and visual communication.
• Ability to articulate art direction versus design execution.
• Experience in storyboarding, illustration and infographic design.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
