Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer role based in Kozhikode. The Senior Graphic Designer will lead visual design projects, including developing brand identities, creating logos, and producing graphics for digital and print channels. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product and marketing teams, translating complex AI concepts into clear and engaging visual stories, and maintaining consistent branding across all touchpoints. The role involves designing layouts, selecting typography, preparing assets for campaigns and product UI, and providing art direction and feedback to junior designers or external vendors. The Senior Graphic Designer will also contribute to design strategy, participate in brainstorming sessions, and help refine ARTOB AI’s overall visual language.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including the creation and evolution of comprehensive brand systems.
• Advanced command of Typography, layout principles, and composition for clear, accessible communication.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to convert complex ideas into simple, impactful visual narratives, ideally in tech or AI-related contexts.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience mentoring designers or leading design projects is a plus.
