Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts or related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, multimedia production, or creative communications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, motion graphics, video, and AI-enabled work.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns and visual assets across marketing, corporate comms, digital, social, web, print, and events.
• Design high-impact brand assets including campaign creatives, brochures, reports, infographics, leadership presentations, and event collateral.
• Develop multimedia content including videos, motion graphics, animations, and digital storytelling assets.
• Create intuitive digital experiences, landing pages, and campaign interfaces using Figma/Adobe XD and UI/UX principles.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance ideation, visual design, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into compelling visuals while ensuring brand consistency.
• Mentor junior designers, review outputs, maintain quality standards, and stay abreast of design and AI trends.

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team and shape compelling brand and communication experiences across digital, print, video, web, and social media platforms. This role requires a strong visual storyteller who can transform business and communication objectives into engaging designs, campaigns, and multimedia content. The ideal candidate brings expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and multimedia production, along with hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance innovation, efficiency, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns and visual communication assets across marketing, corporate communications, digital, social media, web, print, and events.
• Design high-impact brand assets including campaign creatives, brochures, reports, infographics, leadership presentations, and event collateral using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
• Develop engaging multimedia content including videos, motion graphics, animations, and digital storytelling assets using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Create intuitive digital experiences, landing pages, and campaign interfaces leveraging Figma/Adobe XD and contemporary UI/UX design principles.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, visual design, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with business, marketing, and communication stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Mentor junior designers, review creative outputs, manage quality standards, and stay abreast of emerging design, multimedia, and AI trends to drive innovation and creative excellence.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

8-10+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, multimedia production, or creative communications.

Strong portfolio showcasing design, motion graphics, video, and AI-enabled creative work.
