The Senior Graphic Designer role at Avantor Performance Materials India Ltd is a key member of Molecule Creative Services, Avantor's in-house agency. You will design and deliver high-quality creative for print, digital, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency across channels.
You will lead design from brief to delivery, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with marketing and production teams to meet tight timelines and quality standards.
Sr. Graphic Designer
The Senior Graphic Designer is a key member of Molecule Creative Services, Avantor's in-house agency, responsible for designing, developing, and executing high-quality creative deliverables across print, digital, and presentation formats. This role requires a deep understanding of brand systems, marketing applications, and production design - from concept through final delivery. The Senior Graphic Designer works closely with the Production Manager, Creative Managers and designers, and integrated marketing teams to ensure brand consistency, creative excellence, and on-time execution across a wide range of Avantor marketing materials. You bring a strong foundation in design craft, a passion for visual storytelling, and an eye for detail. You're equally comfortable working within established brand guidelines and extending them across new applications. Reporting to the Production Design Manager, you will also provide creative guidance to junior designers and serve as a dependable partner to cross-functional stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communication design, visual arts, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
5+ years of industry or agency experience, including work with multi-channel and international brands.
Strong design portfolio demonstrating range across print, digital, and presentation formats.
Background in healthcare, life sciences, biopharmaceutical, or B2B marketing preferred.
