We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a compelling portfolio who can think, create, and execute high‑impact visuals across digital and print. You’ll be expected to conceptualize and produce AI‑led creatives, especially ads, that stand out and scale fast.

Role Description:

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high‑quality visual designs for digital and print channels, including website assets, mobile app creatives, social media campaigns, marketing collaterals, and brand communication materials. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Bengaluru and involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate business objectives into impactful visual narratives. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include developing brand‑aligned design concepts, designing logos and icons, crafting layouts and typography systems, preparing production‑ready files, and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. The Senior Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to design guidelines and brand standards, and participate in brainstorming sessions to elevate the overall visual identity of NoBroker.com. The role requires balancing creative exploration with deadlines, iterating based on feedback, and maintaining a strong focus on user experience and brand coherence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
• Advanced command of Typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy for both web and mobile interfaces.
• Hands‑on experience with industry‑standard design tools with strong AI expertise (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch or similar).
• Ability to interpret briefs, work closely with cross‑functional teams, and translate complex ideas into clear visuals.
• Experience mentoring or leading designers, with strong collaboration and feedback skills.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing creatives, social media design, and performance‑oriented visual communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, motion graphics, or illustration is a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced.

Key Skills & Experience :

• A good eye for type, color, fonts, and layouts is essential
• Excellent Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect Software skills
• Eye to detail and knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Ability to receive and work on constructive criticism
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Knowledge of AI tools.
• Strong working knowledge of AI‑powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Freepik AI, Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Seedance, Flux, and other emerging generative AI platforms.
• Leverage AI tools to generate high‑quality images, illustrations, videos, storyboards, mood boards, and creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency and creative quality.
• Write effective prompts and iterate on AI‑generated outputs to achieve production‑ready visual assets.
• 2-4 years of experience in Graphic Design
