Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced consultant to lead enterprise AI/ML contract implementations for Icertis. You will drive discovery, design AI-powered contract analytics, and validate extraction and classification capabilities across customer engagements.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Migration, and Customer Success teams to ensure value realization, while mentoring junior staff and sharing GenAI/NLP insights to advance initiatives.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting, CLM or related domains.
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and contract operations.
Experience facilitating customer workshops and translating needs into solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across executives.
Experience with Generative AI, NLP and AI-driven document intelligence.

Job description

Drive execution of Icertis AI/ML product implementations for enterprise customers within agreed scope, schedule, and effort
Lead discovery workshops to understand customer objectives, contract portfolios, data sources, business processes, and reporting requirements
Design AI-powered contract intelligence and analytics solutions
Gather, document, and analyze functional requirements, use cases, business rules, and success criteria
Configure prompts and validate AI-driven extraction, classification, clustering, and analytics capabilities
Define attributes, clauses, contract relationships, validation approaches, and migration acceptance criteria with customers
Execute functional testing, validation, user acceptance testing, and remediation activities
Analyze contract repositories to identify trends, risks, obligations, metadata, and business insights
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Migration, Prompt Engineering, and Customer Success teams
Provide quality assurance and functional support across multiple customer engagements
Conduct customer demonstrations, training workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and go-live readiness activities
Contribute reusable assets, implementation accelerators, best practices, and consulting capability development
Provide product feedback and implementation insights for future product enhancements and roadmap priorities
Act as a trusted advisor and drive customer adoption and value realization throughout implementations
Develop and optimize AI prompts, validate AI-generated outputs, and improve extraction logic
Mentor junior consultants and analysts and contribute to GenAI, NLP, contract intelligence, and emerging AI initiatives

Requirements

4+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting, business analysis, CLM, procurement, legal technology, or related domains
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, contract operations, or document-intensive business processes
Experience facilitating customer workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating business needs into solution recommendations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage business and executive stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate across customer, product, and delivery teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business outcomes
Experience supporting software implementations, migrations, or transformation initiatives
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms
Familiarity with contract migration, data quality, or business process transformation projects
Knowledge of legal, procurement, sales, or compliance functions
Experience working with global enterprise customers
Consulting or customer success experience within SaaS or enterprise software organizations
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Strong understanding of contract analytics, metadata extraction, clause identification, and AI-driven document intelligence
Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data to generate actionable business insights
Experience in customer consulting, solution implementation, and pre-sales activities is preferred
Familiarity with AI-enabled CLM platforms and cloud-based AI technologies is an added advantage
