Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior AI strategist to lead the AI roadmap for Cloud & Infrastructure Services in Hyderabad, India. You will design AI-powered solutions, build intelligent agents for service desks and operations, and drive AI-driven use cases across ticket automation, self-healing infra, and predictive analytics.

You will architect GenAI and AI orchestration, integrate with ITSM and security platforms, and champion governance and responsible AI practices while partnering with delivery

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in Cloud, Infrastructure, Managed Services, or Enterprise IT environments
• 7+ years of experience in AI, GenAI, Automation, AIOps, or Intelligent Operations
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, AI orchestration, and AI automation frameworks
• Experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Experience integrating AI solutions with ITSM, monitoring, observability, and infrastructure management tools
• Strong programming and automation skills in Python, PowerShell, APIs, and scripting frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution architecture skills
• Experience in Managed Services, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Operations, or AIOps environments
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
• Exposure to ITIL, Service Management, and operational governance frameworks
• Cloud certifications from Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud preferred

Responsibilities
