Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues, ensuring smooth application functionality and efficient workflows* Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to users, conduct user testing, and support continuous improvement through detailed feedback and process optimization. Support knowledge transfer initiatives to ensure end-users are well-equipped to use the application effectively* Application Implementation and Project Management: Independently lead and manage small projects and rollouts for applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Support larger projects as required, ensuring adherence to the established scope and project goals* Application Consulting, Process Definition, and Global Standard Development: Support and implement global standards and best practices for application consulting, process definition, and system development, ensuring proper configuration and customization in alignment with business requirements.
