Job summary

Optum India is seeking engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks. You will build backend services with microservices and RESTful APIs, and contribute to performance optimization within Agile teams.

From cloud familiarity to CI/CD with Git, Jenkins, and Maven, this role emphasizes scalable architecture, robust design patterns, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver health-tech solutions.

Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications
• Build backend services using Java, Spring Boot, React and Microservices
• Develop responsive frontend applications using Angular or React
• Design and consume RESTful APIs
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
• Optimize application performance and reliability
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams
