Job summary

Ascendion Engineering seeks an experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect to design scalable enterprise apps using .NET, Python, and AI capabilities. You will build REST APIs, microservices, and AI-enabled solutions, integrating GenAI with existing systems.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise in AI frameworks, RAG, LangChain or similar, and cloud AI services, along with strong architectural leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• C#, .NET Core / modern .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, microservices, DI, enterprise app development.
• Python for backend services, APIs, AI integrations, data processing, automation.
• Hands-on design and implementation of Generative AI/LLM-based enterprise solutions.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, and LLM/API integration.
• Exposure to LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent AI orchestration frameworks.
• Cloud AI services; preferably Azure OpenAI / Azure counterparts.
• REST APIs, microservices architecture, JSON, authentication/authorization, and system integrations.
• SQL databases and exposure to NoSQL/vector databases used in modern AI apps.
• Ability to craft high-level/low-level designs, integration patterns, scalable architectures, and technical solutions for enterprises.

Mandatory Skills (7 to 12 years)

• Python: Strong development experience using Python for backend services, APIs, AI integrations, data processing, and automation.
• AI / GenAI Solutioning: Hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI/LLM-based enterprise solutions, translating business requirements into practical AI use cases.
• RAG & LLM Integration: Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search/vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM/API integration.
• AI Frameworks: Exposure to frameworks/tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent AI orchestration frameworks..
• Cloud AI: Experience with cloud-based AI services, preferably Azure OpenAI / Azure....
• APIs & Microservices: Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, JSON, authentication/authorization, and system integrations.
• Databases: Good experience with SQL databases and exposure to NoSQL/vector databases used within modern AI applications.
