Job summary

Vigorus Healthtech is seeking a skilled Python/Django developer in Pune for end-to-end backend and frontend integration. The role covers API design, database work with PostgreSQL/MySQL, and NoSQL options, plus DevOps deployment and performance tuning.

You will lead a small team, plan sprints, mentor junior developers, and demonstrate solutions to clients. Strong communication and collaboration with product teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django.
• Expertise in Django REST Framework and REST API development.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and modular backend services.
• Relational databases: PostgreSQL or MySQL; NoSQL like MongoDB as plus.
• Frontend integration using HTML, CSS, JavaScript; exposure to React/Vue/Angular.
• Familiarity with Git workflows and code reviews.
• Ability to lead teams, plan deliveries and mentor juniors.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend integration.
• Experience with React.js, Vue.js, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks will be preferred.
• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, branching strategy, pull requests, and code review workflows.
