Job Summary:

We are seeking a **highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer** with expertise in

**Python/Django** and **Next.js** to lead development, design scalable REST APIs, manage our

tech team, and oversee complex backend tasks like cron jobs and third-party API integrations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership of

projects, and can bridge business requirements with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Development :
   • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python/Django (backend) and Next.js (frontend).
   • Build, test, and deploy RESTful APIs with high performance and security standards.
   • Integrate third‑party APIs for payments, authentication, analytics, and more.
   • Implement and manage Django cron jobs (Celery, Django-crontab, or custom).
   • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
   • Lead and mentor the tech team, assign tasks, and review code quality.
   • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver features on time.
   • Conduct regular code reviews and enforce coding standards.
   • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and architecture discussions.
2. Infrastructure & Deployment :
   • Work with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployments.
   • Implement CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
