Job summary

Allusign is seeking an experienced ERP full‑stack lead to own the delivery of ERP projects across multiple units and clients. You will gather requirements, design, develop and deploy ERPNext/Frappe based solutions, and manage data migrations, integrations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Strong full stack skills in Python, JavaScript and MariaDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Hands‑on ERPNext / Frappe Framework experience – customisation, apps, doctypes, reports and workflows.
• REST APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Git, Linux server management and cloud deployment (AWS/DigitalOcean or similar).
• Good to have: React/Vue.js, Docker and CI/CD pipelines, AI tools to speed up development.
• Familiarity with ERP modules: Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR & Payroll and CRM.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to propose solutions, not just code.
• Experience in IT companies; ERP services or ERPNext / Frappe partner background is a plus.
• Experience leading a team of developers across multiple ERP implementations end to end.
• Strong ownership, problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines with stakeholders.
• Clear communication in English and Hindi; travel friendly.

Responsibilities

• Understand our current ERP system and take it forward.
• Gather requirements and convert into tech specs, estimates and timelines.
• Design, build, customise and deliver ERP solutions with the team.
• Handle version upgrades, data migration and post go‑live support.
• Build integrations with third‑party systems (payment gateways, Tally, WhatsApp, e‑commerce and biometrics).
• Lead and manage the ERP development team, assign tasks and track progress.
• Conduct code reviews, set coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor and train junior developers; assist in hiring as the team grows.
• Contribute to other products (Aavosa and Trial Room Standee).
• Work on‑site at client offices when required; run workshops and UAT.
• Maintain technical documentation and manage version control, backups and deployments.

Job description

Objective: To take complete technical ownership of the company’s ERP business and deliver ERP solutions for multiple business units and clients, from requirement gathering to go-live and support.

Experience: 2–3 years in full stack development, with at least 1–2 years on ERP projects

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Strong full stack skills (frontend and backend) in Python, JavaScript and MariaDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Delivery

• Understand our current ERP system in depth and take it forward from here.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders for different ERP instances and convert them into technical specifications, estimates and timelines.
• Design, build, customise and deliver ERP solutions along with the team.
• Handle version upgrades, data migration and post go‑live support.
• Build integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, Tally, WhatsApp / SMS, e‑commerce platforms and biometric devices.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage the ERP development team – assign tasks, track progress and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Be the go‑to person for all technical problems the ERP team faces.
• Conduct code reviews and set coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor and train junior developers.
• Support in interviewing and hiring developers as the team grows.

Other Products

• Contribute to the company’s other software products such as Aavosa and Trial Room Standee,
  switching between products and technologies as business needs change.

Client‑Facing Delivery (Forward Deployed Engineer)

• Work on‑site at client offices when required to get implementations done.
• Run client workshops, user training and UAT (user acceptance testing).
• Handle client stakeholders’ technical queries.

Process & Quality

• Maintain technical documentation for every ERP instance.
• Manage version control, backups, server setup and deployment processes.
• Ensure security, performance and data integrity of the systems.
