You will establish coding standards, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with solution architects to convert requirements into robust designs, while leveraging AI tools to boost SDLC productivity.

Formación

• 4-5 years of experience in software development with hands-on expertise in the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and database management.
• Experience in ERPNext customization, custom application development, and third-party system integrations.
• Good understanding of software architecture, application security, performance optimization, and database design.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, debugging, testing, and deployment practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and support SDLC activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
