About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Technology team in Pune. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering complex features integrated on Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) platforms using the Camunda Engine and BPMN business processes. You will be responsible for defining application architecture, designing and implementing scalable microservices, and mentoring junior developers. This is a greenfield project, offering a unique opportunity to shape foundational frameworks and best practices for process automation within the CARE domain.

What you’ll do

• Define architecture and create high‑level design artefacts for process automation solutions.
• Develop and implement Java‑based microservices aligned with sprint objectives.
• Lead the successful integration of Camunda BPMN processes and associated tools.
• Build proof of concepts and contribute to the development of Camunda capabilities within VOIS.
• Mentor and train Java developers to enhance their proficiency in Camunda BPMN.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to expand the process automation footprint in Solstice.
• Ensure high‑quality code deliverables and support resolution of technical issues in shared modules.

Who you are

• Proficient in Camunda Engine, BPMN, and SOA/Microservice architecture.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Java development with a solid grasp of design patterns, particularly for microservices.
• Skilled in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks, with working knowledge of CI/CD tools.
• Familiar with event‑driven architecture and messaging platforms, ideally Kafka.
• Holds a degree or higher qualification in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrates excellent analytical, technical communication, and coaching skills.
• Brings a collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem‑solving and team engagement.
