Level AI is building an AI-native customer engagement platform and seeks a frontend developer to lead web experiences for onboarding and operations. You will work with React, TypeScript, and modern tooling to ship scalable UI components and data-driven visuals.

The role emphasizes architecture, performance, and high-quality frontend delivery. You will collaborate with designers and product managers in an agile setup, mentor juniors, and contribute to analytics and A/B testing systems.

Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech from tier 1 engineering institutes.
• Minimum 3+ years of frontend development experience with React.js.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in service-oriented architecture.
• Experience with Chart.js or other visualization libraries (D3.js, Recharts).
• Experience in Redux and Webpack; comfortable with ES6 syntax.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and the DOM.
• Ability to build a feature from scratch and drive it to completion.
• Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities in web applications.
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Solid understanding of CSS frameworks like SCSS, SASS, and LESS.
• Experience with enterprise-level B2B software.
• Able to learn large-scale, complex systems quickly.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Experience architecting web analytics, conversion analytics, and A/B testing systems.
• Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers in the team.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend systems
• Familiarity with performance optimisation techniques for large data sets and visualisations.

Requirements:
