• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields from a tier‑1 institution—or equivalent relevant experience with a top technology company.
• 4+ years of backend engineering experience , with expertise in at least one high‑level programming language (preferably Python).
• Strong hands‑on experience with Django or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of relational databases , data modeling, and REST API design.
• Exposure to machine learning/NLP concepts is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Deep understanding of core Computer Science concepts: Algorithms, Data Structures, Object‑Oriented Design, and Databases.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into engineering workflows (e.g., for code generation, code review, testing, or documentation).
