Frontend Lead

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Frontend Lead to join our team. In this role, you will spearhead the development and optimization of user interface components, ensuring exceptional user experiences.

Your expertise in modern frontend frameworks and architecture will drive our projects' success, contributing to scalable, high-performance applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement frontend requirements.
• Lead the development and maintenance of complex user interfaces using React.js and associated frameworks.
• Architect scalable frontend solutions, ensuring responsiveness and optimal performance.
• Guide and mentor a team of frontend developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Develop and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate and manage frontend development workflows using tools such as Redux, Webpack, and GraphQL.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring smooth functionality across platforms.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

• Minimum of 7+ years in web development.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with React.js, including advanced concepts like Redux and Flux.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within frontend development.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• In-depth knowledge of frontend frameworks and libraries, especially React.js and Next.js.
