Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in React.js (90%) and working knowledge of any backend language (10%) such as Node.js, Java, or Python. The ideal candidate will lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React.js-based applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Implement reusable components and ensure responsive design across devices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
• Integrate frontend with backend services using RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Contribute to backend development tasks (10%) in Node.js / Java / Python as needed.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in frontend development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 to 13 years of overall experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in React.js, including hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), and component lifecycle.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel).
• Exposure to backend technologies like Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Mandatory experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications
