Job summary

Naukai E-hire seeks an experienced formulation expert to lead development of solid oral dosage forms. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and validate formulations, ensuring GMP-compliant processes and scalable manufacturing readiness.

The role requires 10-15 years in pharma formulation, with strong GMP knowledge and hands-on NPD project experience from concept to launch. Deep expertise in excipients, processing conditions, and equipment selection is essential.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in formulation development for solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules).
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and their application in formulation development.
• Experience in NPD projects from concept to launch is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of formulation science including excipients, process conditions, equipment selection etc.

Responsibilities
