Job summary

AP Management Consultants in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a candidate to develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for new products, including tablets, capsules and other solid dosage forms. • Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for new products as per development requirements.
• Conduct formulation trials for tablets, capsules, dry/wet granules and other oral solid dosage forms.
• Select suitable APIs, excipients and packaging materials based on product requirements.
• Perform formulation trials, process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and maintain BMR/BPR, formulation development reports and trial records.
• Conduct compatibility studies, pre-formulation studies and support stability studies.
• Coordinate with Analytical R&D, QA, QC and Production teams for formulation development and scale-up.
• Support technology transfer and scale-up from laboratory to pilot/commercial batches.
