Job summary

Dhruva Space is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to lead embedded systems development and guide projects from concept to deployment. You will mentor a team, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and ensure delivery of robust software for MCUs, SoCs and FPGAs in bare-metal, RTOS, and Linux environments.

You will apply Embedded C/C++, Python, and modern toolchains, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• 4‑7 years of embedded systems development and software engineering.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and projects.
• Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++ and Python.
• Hands-on with MCUs, SoCs and FPGAs (Xilinx), incl. bare‑metal, RTOS and Linux.
• Familiarity with GIT and Jira.
