Job Summary

The Senior Firmware Engineer shall oversee the development and implementation of advanced embedded firmware solutions. This role involves leading a team of engineers, managing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality embedded systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in embedded firmware development, a strong leadership capability, and a passion for innovative technology.Should have worked on multiple micro-controller families – 8/16/32bit, ST/NXP/equivalent8+ years experience in embedded micro-controller based firmware design, development, testing / Embedded Firmware design and development

Responsibilities

• Experience with products/systems with temperature/pressure/flow sensing applications is required
• Should handle complete code development from scratch – drivers, RTOS, communication, porting across platforms etc
• Should be hands on and able to work independently without any team
• Should have Global project, customer and teams exposure
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Working experience on HMI/display interface is desired
• Expertise in programming languages such as C, C++, and Assembly.
• Extensive experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) like FreeRTOS, VxWorks, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and SoC architectures.
• Proficiency with embedded systems development tools (compilers, debuggers, IDEs).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
