Job summary

Maersk is seeking an experienced CA with 4–6 years in financial consolidation and reporting to join the FNA domain. You will work on group-level financial consolidation, drive IFRS compliance, and support OneStream-based reporting across entities.

You will handle data integrity, perform variance analyses, and provide analytical commentary to stakeholders. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential, with clear English communication throughout.

Qualifications

• CA with 4–6 years of experience in financial consolidation, financial controlling and reporting.
• Experience with HFM/OneStream and Smart View; strong MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, complex formulas) and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills; prior BPO experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial reporting by accounting teams.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and adherence to Group Reporting policies.
• Control of inputs in OneStream and data mapping to local COA.
• Perform variance analysis for PnL, balance sheet, cash flow, and off-balance sheet items.
• Ensure timely sign-off by entities and proactive stakeholder communication.
• Assist entities with reporting queries to enable timely sign-off.
• Communicate to improve OneStream reporting across entities.
• Prepare control reports with analytical commentary.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations, risk-based reviews, and Group Tax projects.

Job description

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Reviewing monthly financial reporting completed by accounting teams.
• Ensuring compliance of accounting with respect IFRS and Group Reporting and Accounting Policies.
• Controlling of inputs - Financial and operational data in One stream.
• Variance analysis of all components of financial statements including PnL, Balance sheet, cash flow and off-balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure timely sign off by entities in One stream with continuous follow up and communication.
• Assist entities with reporting queries to enable timely sign off from entities.
• Communicate proactively with entities to improve One stream reporting.
• Prepare various control related reports with analytical commentary.
• Support various projects related to balance sheet reconciliations, Risk based financial reviews, Validating One stream mapping with local chart of accounts and providing recommendations to entities, Group Tax Project etc.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

• CA with prior experience in FNA domain of at least 4 to 6 years in financial consolidation for the group, financial controlling and reporting.
• Prior experience of working on HFM/ One stream application and smart view, Advanced working knowledge of HFM/ One stream Computer literate (Windows) & Strong MS Excel skills (v-lookup, Pivots, Complex formulae) and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills (English) – Fluent Oral & Written Analytical & Problem-Solving ability for trouble shooting Prior experience in BPO is preferable.
