Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner for the Ocean market, providing analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify key financial drivers and align with goals.
• Develop and present financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support planning.
• Monitor performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs; identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide insights and contribute to regional stakeholder discussions.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to support our Ocean Market team. The successful candidate will ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support ocean initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong blend of financial expertise, business acumen to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and add value to the business team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner for the Ocean market, providing Analysis on financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and prioritize key financial and operational drivers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and present financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support long-term planning and investment decisions.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Proactively seek opportunities to provide insights, run simulations, gain business knowledge to explain movements in financials, incl. acting as a reliable partner to regional stakeholders

Experience / Qualifications

• MBA-Finance with 8-10 years of overall experience and 5+ years in FPNA.
• Experience of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting process.
• Working proficiency on tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, BI/BW, Power BI.
• End-to-end ownership and accountability - taking initiative, not waiting for direction.
• Strong stakeholder communication - staying proactive and solution-oriented even when things get messy.
• Resilience under pressure - especially during close cycles and flash discussions.
• Openness to feedback and adaptability - able to adjust quickly in a fast-moving environment.
