• Support process governance, ensuring adherence to defined frameworks, policies, and controls, while identifying opportunities for local process optimization.
• Engage in proactive, clear, and direct communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely updates, and issue resolution.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage project and commercial documentation in line with defined documentation standards and compliance requirements.
• Support data collection, tracking, and reporting related to commercial and project activities.
• Utilize standard Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) effectively for documentation, reporting, analysis, and communication.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, action tracking, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Education and Experience

Essential Desirable Education Background Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Finance or a related field. A master’s degree such as an MBA or in Finance or any other related field is beneficial.

Highly numerate and display high levels of integrity.

Required Experience

Basic understanding of business, commercial, or project environments. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Good understanding of process governance and compliance concepts. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Project management exposure will be an added advantage.
