Tridiagonal Ai in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking a meticulous accounting professional to manage day-to-day transactions in Tally, ensure accurate books, and support month-end/year-end closings. The role covers budgeting, variance analysis, and statutory compliance to drive reliable financial information.

The candidate will handle project-wise financials, MIS reporting, audits, and have exposure to international accounting and taxation. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Accounting & Finance: Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally, ensure accurate books of accounts, reconciliations, and timely month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Budget & Variance Analysis: Support preparation and review of budgets, analyze budget vs. actual variances, and highlight key financial insights to management.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: Support GST, TDS, ROC, and other statutory compliances while maintaining accurate records and required documentation.
• Project-wise Financials: Prepare and review project-wise financials, including revenue, costs, profitability, and other key financial metrics.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely MIS and management reports, providing relevant financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Audit Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare required schedules and supporting documents, and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
• International Accounting & Taxation: Support international accounting and taxation activities, wherever applicable. Exposure to overseas transactions will be an added advantage.
